As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting advertising deals and agency and client relationships for CafeMom, as well as assisting the Account Management team in improving internal process and communication. Account Managers are the primary orchestrators and strategic overseers of all advertising partner program activity from deal confirmation through campaign conclusion. Responsibilities include running campaign kickoff calls, creating production timelines, tracking all internal and external deliverables to assure timely and accurate program launches, monitoring performance of all campaigns in progress, providing clients with campaign delivery reports, and recommending and implementing optimization plans as needed. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Account Manager/Ad Service Executive looking for a dynamic role with a fast growing and evolving ad-supported website.

Overall Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary external contact for clients and agencies from deal confirmation through post campaign wrap up/renewal.
- Plan and manage internal kickoff calls with appropriate implementation team members (Sales, Ad Operations, Client Solutions, Program Analytics, Product, Design, etc.).
- Create detailed production timelines and kickoff call decks that explain all aspects of the campaign (campaign elements, ad placements and specs, responsible parties, etc.) so clients and agencies are clear on execution plan of the program.
- Plan and manage external kickoff calls with clients/agencies and appropriate implementation team members.
- Manage timely and accurate launch of all program elements.
- Establish internal and external tracking and reporting for all key campaign performance metrics.
- Monitor performance of all campaigns in progress against goals. Update sales lead regularly on status, flag any performance issues, and propose optimization plans.
- Assure optimization plans implemented internally and communicated externally to partner (client/agency).
- Facilitate external campaign reporting, billing and payment questions.
- Assist the Account Management team in improving process and communication across all teams

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Four year BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on digital account management experience at Internet publisher or Internet media buying agency (significant plus).
- Prior client-facing project management experience required.
- A strong understanding of the digital online advertising space including understanding of campaign success metrics.
- Experience and/or knowledge of programmatic buying and audience retargeting a plus.
- Proficient in DFP, DSM and online ad serving tracking and reporting.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
