TWCC is looking for a Director, Distribution Solutions to partner with Distribution and Partnership Marketing on the overall development and execution of the distribution marketing road map and long range strategy.

The Director, Distribution Solutions will help develop, enhance and customize all distribution marketing and communication efforts. Focus of the position is to drive overall share, enhance TWCC's brand value proposition for key contract renewals and maximize all points of leverage and minimize risk with the top distributors.

- Manage and support TWCC distribution efforts by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key distributor contacts at the corporate level, across varied disciplines.
- Assist with developing strategic communication and marketing plans as well as applicable renewal strategies (i.e. multiplatform initiatives, communication calendar, VIP activity, etc.).
- Execute the business to business communication strategy with an expanded approach to trade media and key industry events.
- Work with the Partnership Marketing team to fully leverage TWCC's product portfolio in developing all renewal strategies (social media planning and execution, strategic pressure plans, ongoing enhancement of loyalist database and association with TWCC's key supporting partners).
- Merchandise key activity both internally and externally.
- Maximize strategic marketing support and unique brand building opportunities.
- Understand top distributors' priorities and strategies and align to TWCC goals and objectives.
- Proactively manage marketing budget in order to garner additional exposure, drive share and achieve maximum efficiencies.
- Maintain an understanding of marketplace trends and competitive marketing intelligence.
- Support the ongoing development and assessment of all affiliate resources (print sales materials, event assets, applicable research and all distribution-focused communication).
- Oversee execution of special projects determined by senior management in support of distribution goals or other company priorities.

- Candidate will have 7+ years of demonstrated industry experience.
- Proven track record of marketing excellence, preferably within the cable industry.
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, current trends, business issues and industry-specific technology.
- Ideal candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly in alignment with overall company goals and priorities.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-platform, value-building initiatives with quantifiable results and corresponding metrics.
- Ability the think creatively and retain a knowledge base of innovative marketing techniques (from conceptualization to execution to wrap-up/merchandising).
- Demonstrated team-player with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Must be technically savvy and abreast of current technology and platforms.
- Must possess strong communication skills (written/verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Travel required up to 30% of time.
