Apartment Therapy is seeking a Campaign Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for inventory management, processing advertising campaigns, assisting with campaign optimization, billing reconciliation and working with our third-party revenue partners.The ideal candidate will be energetic and confident working on multiple projects at once; collaborating with our Account Management team. You will troubleshoot and resolve site and advertiser issues, handling clients with elegance and certainty. You will manage all client ad tags and our Google ad serving systems, specifically Doubleclick For Publishers (DFP). The world of Digital Ad Ops is dramatically changing. We're looking for someone who is excited about these changes and will be proactive about new opportunities for publishers.The candidate will be a key team player and will report to our Director of Sales.This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, working out of our bright, beautiful office in Soho, NYC.Responsibilities:The Campaign Manager is expected to understand site ad functionality, including knowledge of all ad products available on our site, general availability and performance of each unit.Traffic, monitor and optimize online campaigns for multiple agency and direct clients.Create weekly campaign performance reports.Invoice all campaigns.Update Booked and Pending reports and other key sales documents.Work with sales and planning groups to forecast inventory availability.Work with Account Executives to explain campaign performance and answer advertising tech and spec questions.Manage all ad serving vendors. Regular status calls with Google and other key partners.Establish, document and improve Ad Operations as technology and sales team products evolve.Proactively and strategically work toward improving products, inventory monetization strategies, workflow etc.Requirements:1-2 years minimum experience in ad trafficking on the publisher or agency side.Strong Excel skills.Expert in Google web and mobile ad serving technologies.Knowledge of audience targeting, rich media, mobile advertising, remnant optimization (AdSense/AdExchange).Familiarity with Google DSM (sales management system), Google Analytics, HTML, CRM systems, QuickBooks, Fresh Books and other systems that align with digital advertising traffic, reporting and invoicing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
