PER is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of live event and enduring CME activity project management to include:

•Timeline preparation and adherence to established timelines
•Faculty recruitment and management
•Activity marketing
•Venue and vendor logistics
•Budget management and reconciliation

PER plans, develops, implements, and evaluates educational opportunities incorporating instructional design with principles of adult learning including multi-day congresses, one day update meetings, online case discussions, expert consultations, and clinical vignettes. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in continuing medical education or non-CME live event medical marketing project management.

A solid understanding of ACCME Essentials, Elements, Policies, and Standards, OIG and PhRMA guidelines is preferred as is CMP certification.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CME program management or pharmaceutical marketing/market research
• Ability to manage a variety of CME programs including live, print, and online activities
• Must be organized, creative, and efficient
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, both independently and as part of a team
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to travel/work during the week and on weekends
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.
