Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

•Brainstorm promotional and marketing concepts
•Design traditional print pieces (sell sheets, sales collateral, print ads, postcards, logos, presentation pieces, etc.)
•Design online promotions (banner ads, HTML e-mail templates, email blasts, landing pages, etc.)
•Design presentation materials for webinars and events
•Assist with special events (promotions, presentations, signage, set-up, on-site staffing, etc.)
•Assist with promotional copy writing/editing as needed
•Create candidate forms, nomination materials and follow-up letters for awards programs
•Complete all design editing as necessary
•Assist in day-to-day office duties and special projects as needed
•Meet all design deadlines
•Works productively and collaborates with other marketing team members
•Must learn the brand and associated industry to develop a strong brand message with limited direction
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:

•This is a part-time job and hours can be discussed during screening process
•Proven organizational skills
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
•Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks by deadlines
•Receptive to direction and to constructive criticism
•Proven ability to work well with team members

Technological Skills:

•High level of proficiency in the entire Adobe Creative Suite including: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Acrobat
•Working knowledge and experience with multimedia software such as Flash and understanding of HTML language and coding
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
•Previous experience with magazine design a plus


Note: Graphic Designer will handle ALL changes to creative, executing projects from start to finish, including all minor edits.
