The Role
Bloomberg Mobile is seeking a customer support representative for our growing portfolio of mobile products for the consumer audience. This individual will be responsible for answering web and mobile related questions as well as escalating issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution. This is a contract role.

Qualifications:
-2+ years of customer support experience
-Proficiency in mobile technology including iOS, Blackberry and Android
-Excellent customer service, communication skills
-Experience working with bug tracking tools
-Proficiency in MS Office
