Pixability is looking for an experienced client service professional to head our Professional Services practice. You will lead a team of video marketing specialists in helping our clients achieve outstanding results with their video marketing. Our clients are some of the leading brands in the world, several top agencies, as well as many of the most successful e-commerce companies. They all seek to use the power of video, and of YouTube in particular, to boost their marketing and advertising success.

What qualifications you should have as the Director of Professional Services:
-4+ years as an account manager at a digital agency
-2+ years in a client service leadership role (practice group manager or similar)
-Experience in managing major client accounts independently and leading account teams to achieve outstanding results
-General knowledge of SEO, AdWords required
-Applicants should have demonstrated experience with social media, particularly with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn

As the Director of Professional Services at Pixability you will be in responsible for:
-Overseeing the management of multiple high-visibility client accounts
-Working with the professional services team to deliver high-quality YouTube marketing strategies across all accounts
-Establishing strategic goals for accounts and quarterly team goals
-Increasing client retention and expanding existing accounts
-Defining and optimizing internal processes, practices and quality standards
-Identifying new trends and creating strategic action plans to lead the team and accounts forward in the emerging video industry
-Providing input into the further development of our patent-pending video marketing software platform
-Working with YouTube as our primary strategic partner
-Maintaining staff by recruiting, training and developing personal growth opportunities

To succeed in this role, you:
-Must be a strategic thinker, but also hands-on client services manager
-Must yearn for new knowledge and be a self educator who constantly invests time in growing your skill-set and helping your team grow theirs
-Maintain quality standards by analyzing and resolving account issues through outstanding customer service skills and by identifying potential technology solutions to aid in scalability
-Benchmark cutting edge video marketing practices and tools and integrate them into the professional services team workflow
-Must love startups
