SinglePlatform, a fast growing part of the Constant Contact family, is looking for our first-ever Social Media Manager. In this role you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining our social media presence and will be accountable for the success of campaigns intended to drive engagement, conversions, and awareness. We're looking for a creative, socially minded person who also understands the business drivers behind social media engagement. We want someone who truly gets Social, and can grow our presence in a creative way while building programs that generate meaningful results.


At SinglePlatform, we're helping small businesses get discovered by allowing them to reach customers everywhere across the online universe. This means that the mom and pop coffee shop on the corner can have the same reach as the big guys from Seattle. And you can be a part of making that happen.


What you'll do:

-Manage SinglePlatform's presence on social channels including Facebook, Twitter, community sites, relevant blogs, and social applications
-Manage and own content creation, distribution, and response on all social media channels
-Create or curate content on a daily basis
-Build online events and campaigns that drive engagement, generate awareness and increase SMM metrics
-Write, support, and promote blog content
-Identify opportunities to expand presence on Social channels
-Own reputation management activities including monitoring, responding and escalation
-Optimize against benchmarks for social media programs
-Analyze, review, and report on campaign metrics and success
-Make sure that Social Media messaging and branding are consistent across channels and in line with other marketing channels.

-How to write smart, compelling content for Social channels
-The ins and outs of online acquisition
