The Advertising Operations Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of campaign fulfillment - ad testing and implementation, campaign set-up and monitoring delivery. As AdOps Coordinatior, you will act as a liaison building strong relationships with internal partners, clients and vendors to ensure advertising campaigns run without a hitch. Day to day ad operations duties including ad trafficking and testing, as well as creation and maintenance of reports, inventory analysis, and campaign optimization analysis.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly-motivated recent college graduate with an interest in design and architecture to enter the world of digital advertising and learn the business from the ground up. This role requires an analytical mindset, great communication skills, and a keen instinct for providing over-the-top customer service.

Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing incoming work orders and contracts for accuracy
- Online ad campaign set up. Testing and trafficking of creative.
- Proactively communicate project status and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective & timely execution of advertising campaigns
- Ensuring that ad campaigns deliver within specified flight dates.
- Analyze performance reports and forecast inventory
- Take ownership of assigned projects, including troubleshooting and resolution
- Provide campaign reporting to account executives and potentially to clients
- Evaluate and implement new ad technologies and units for use with Google's ad server, DFP

- College graduate with solid academic performance
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A track record of working collaboratively as part of a larger team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Dedication to operational excellence and attentive customer service
- Adaptable and eager to learn about new ad products, processes and technologies
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems

Extra Credit
- Operations experience in digital media advertising
- Prior experience working with Ad Servers (DFP)
- Fluency with google docs, with a high degree of proficiency in analytical spreadsheet skills

- Hours: 9.30-6.30, additional hours as required
