Our synergistic approach to executive learning and networking is designed specifically for high-level decision makers. Our local and nationally recognized events offer powerful business research, and information on market trends, competition and economic change. They provide a forum for face-to-face networking between industry leaders, potential strategic partners, prospects and customers.

We are seeking a Conference Producer who will play a critical role in planning, producing and executing conferences and supporting our growth. You will be tasked with driving revenue through the creation of a top quality product that attracts attendees and sponsors to our conferences. Over time, you will be trained to take on your own portfolio of events.

Responsibilities:
•Initiate alliances with speakers, publications and associations, identify potential sponsors and travel to your events to manage onsite activities.
•Recruit speakers, including industry leaders and researching conference agenda topics
•Work with the marketing team to develop event marketing strategy
•Tell the story of the event to potential speakers, attendees, and sponsors
•Write & edit agendas and marketing materials including emails and website copy
•Coordinate with the meeting planner, sales team, and company management
•Report on effort and results on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
•Manage speakers on-site including on-the-spot problem solving

Requirements:
•Experience working in the commercial real estate is a plus
•Must possess an intricate knowledge of direct response marketing, content development and deadline focused management
•Must be highly detail oriented & organized, especially in all external communication
•Ability to speak with senior executives (C-level) with confidence and poise
•Prior experience developing conferences is a plus
•Strategic thinker who can identity emerging trends, markets and new streams of revenue
•Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization including the most senior levels
•Superior organizational, communication, and presentation skills
•Professional demeanor
•You have strong computer and internet skills, including comfort with social media applications such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
•You have a Bachelor’s Degree from a four year university with a demonstrated record of academic excellence
