Factory PR seeks a Digital Manager. Factory PR has a dynamic social media division that is rapidly expanding. We seek a manager with proven social media skills, focusing on strategy and management, and a keen interest and robust knowledge of the fashion industry.

- Research, develop and manage content for FACTORY's roster of clients
- Track success of social media marketing programs
- Provide digital support to the various PR divisions at FACTORY
- Develop seasonal creative seasonal strategies for clients and agency to generate publicity throughout the digital industry
- Track, analyze and report on social media campaigns and program metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with online media bloggers/editors/personalities
- Compile and maintain online media target lists
-Set clear benchmarks for clients and create a plan to reach these benchmarks
-Have strong contacts with men's and women's digital influencers/bloggers
-Proactively maintain awareness of new social media marketing techniques and apply where appropriate
-Strategize and develop engaging press and community pitches for digital and social media outlets and secure solid features and placements
-Attend Digital Media forums, panels, and events throughout the year

- Must have managed a Twitter property with at least 2,000 followers and a Facebook Fan page with at least 1000 fans
- 4+ years experience managing social media in related field (e.g. interactive agency, marketing, advertising, public relations). PLEASE do not apply if not applicable to candidate
- Experience tracking and analyzing social media success metrics
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Must have a solid understanding of the social media universe including Twitter, Flicker, Vine, StumbleUpon, Pinterest, Flickr, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
-Exemplary relationships with fashion, life style and tech blogs and other online media
- Experience with content distribution partnerships strongly preferred
- Knowledge and experience in web standards and SEO preferred
-Deep interest in social media, pop and luxury culture and fashion
- Bachelor's degree required
-Minimum of 4 years experience in the field
-Must have ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented, high-energy environment with a consistent CAN DO attitude!
