Robb Report, the leading luxury lifestyle multimedia brand, is seeking an enthusiastic marketer and proven project manager who will be an integral member of the marketing and advertising sales team. The position serves as an exciting opportunity to contribute solid marketing skills while working directly with the world’s finest brands across luxury lifestyle categories, such as: travel, fine dining, fashion, jewelry, watches, automotive, yachts, wine and spirits, cigars, and private aviation.


Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain promotions activity and timelines for multiple platforms.
•Brainstorm and collaborate with sales to present strategic marketing programs.
•Project manager for various clients, agencies and internal teams to facilitate deliverables, special sections, and promotions to meet deadlines and maintain brand integrity.
•Utilize strong writing skills and creativity to develop and create presentations, promotional copy, proposals, recaps, and all marketing collateral.
•Construct integrated marketing solutions for advertising partners who are the world’s top luxury brands.
•Oversee Request for Proposal responses and process from inception to completion.
•Participate in client and agency meetings and calls.
•Execute initiatives in branding, events, partnerships, and added value.
•Lead projects and events, as assigned.
•Identify emerging media trends and partnership opportunities.
•Research prospects and competitive landscape.


Ideal candidate:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English
•Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the magazine publishing, advertising, media, or luxury industry, within the marketing or sales department
•Expert in PowerPoint. Advanced in Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign
•Master of managing and prioritizing various projects and deadlines at once
•Copywriter and storyteller adept in interpreting research/data to convey compelling messaging and concise selling points
•Cross-platform marketing, promotions and events experience
•Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
•Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
•Digital and social media savvy
•Thrives in deadline-driven environment
•Team player
