Working as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of Wiley’s online and in-house chemistry database products, CIRX and RxnFinder, as well as related reaction and spectra databases and associated products, to corporate, research, government and academic institutions, with a particular focus on corporate customers, in the Americas to achieve and exceed annual sales targets. You will work collaboratively with colleagues in the FIZChemie team and colleagues in marketing and sales to build market recognition and gain market share.

• Ability to explain the use and benefits of Chemistry databases to scientists and researchers
• Previous sales of Science Technical Engineering M content/databases to industry
• Thorough knowledge of sales and/or marketing principles and concepts
• Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline
• Chemistry or Pharmacology Degree
• Strong project management skills
• Must be willing and able to travel to visit customers, attend industry meetings, attend/participate in sales and marketing forums
