Team Leader Sales Support
As Team Leader reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Support, you will plan and implement appropriate strategies for account coverage by managing a team of Sales Support Coordinators who will provide customer service and system processing to customers for new and renewal online products. You will be responsible for data quality and information management with a view to maximize revenues and renewal rates. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness in system processing, invoicing and producing of customer reports. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in order processing, order entry systems or customer management systems and service levels• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with prior people management experience • Detail-oriented and analytical skills• Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills • Proven ability to be resourceful, systematic, meticulous and able to work to a high standard of accuracy• Effective in working with remote teams in a global environmentNo phone calls please.
