We are seeking a Strategic Customer and Market Analyst to join our Boston team and work on an automotive client.Mullen's Strategic Analytics group applies analytic rigor, data-driven and fact-based reasoning to guide the development and execution of advertising and marketing strategies for clients. The Strategic Customer and Market Analyst will assist in the development of data-driven marketing insight and optimization across multiple client engagements. This role will be exposed to segmentation development, media implementation and client communication.Primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:- Develop customer segmentation for existing/new clients.- Work efficiently with clients and analytics partners to define, extract, and synthesize available data and share results and insight with Mullen team members.- Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to senior client and internal teams.

Four-year degree is required- Must have advance knowledge and application of data extraction and statistical software tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and/or others-Ability to articulate strategic marketing implications of performance results for business audiences with clarity and persuasiveness-Client presence and history of building relationships with client's analytics and data management staff- Balances desire for quantitative rigor with realities of inconsistent business dataYou must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this roleMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace
