• Preparing, monitoring and collecting all job related fees, expenses and usage renewals
• Billing - including advances, fees & final job expenses – on a timely and accurate basis (including copies, scanning, updating job logs)
• Reconciling jobs to ensure proper revenue for the team
• Handling of corporate Amex coding
• Working with clients to ensure timely receipts on payment and invoices
• Managing collection of client invoices as needed. (disputes, late payments, etc.)
• Liaise between artist management and accounting department
• Provide administrative support
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• 2-3 years office/administrative/accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiar with accounting systems
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player
• Polite and effective telephone/e-mail etiquette
• Well organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work productively under pressure and be consistently proactive
