NBC Owned Television Stations is the division of NBCUniversal that includes 10 local television stations and their digital channels and websites, as well as a group of out-of-home properties and a production company. The ten stations produce and deliver compelling and unique local news, information and entertainment programming to viewers in the communities they serve, which include New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dallas-Fort Worth, Washington, D.C., Miami, San Diego and Connecticut, with a goal of connecting to their audiences anytime and anywhere.NBC Skycastle is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns for NBC Owned Television Station and Comcast Regional Sports Network clients. Skycastle manages all components of campaign development, implementation, and measurement and must be able to make sure that all communications efforts from PR, to marketing, to visual, to social media are consistent. Job Duties and Responsibilities Create Innovative Sales Marketing Campaigns For Advertisers That Generate Incremental Revenue for NBC.Develop integrated sales marketing solutions utilizing the platforms (TV, OOH, Digital, Mobile, Social, etc.,) properties (Prime, Sports, Syndicated/Local Programming, etc.) and resources of the NBC Owned Television Stations.Create and present innovative and effective sales marketing proposals that deliver measurable results.Execute a wide variety of details that involve the creation and execution of your marketing plans.Track your campaigns, oversee performance analysis reports and making recommendations to programs for corrective modifications.Must monitor and measure a campaigns Return on Investment (ROI).Ensure over-delivery on campaign results to extent possible, resulting in delighted clients and renewals. Oversight of Division Marketing Materials:Supervising the production of marketing materials for the Division.Develop standardize presentations and proposals.Review and maintain content with timely updates on all outlets (e.g. B2B sites, internal portals, etc.)Work with internal clients and customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials. General:Proactively analyze business and capitalize on industry/consumer trends, new technology, and promotional opportunities.Create advertiser category solutions and presentations.Maintain open lines of communication with all organizations.Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years marketing experience within a media company or agency is required. Minimum of 3 years of traditional and digital media/marketing experience is required. Ability to effectively navigate in a highly matrix organization is required. Must have the ability to develop and support strategy while building consensus and impacting outcomes. Ability to engage organization in creating partnerships with key stakeholders. Ability to collaborate and operate within a team environment is necessary. Experience managing multiple vendors and business partners. Solid experience in Social Media, Mobile and Internet is required. Experience creating engaging PowerPoint presentations is required. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and able to shift gears at a moment's notice. This position requires up to 20% domestic travel and nights /weekend work is sometimes required. Knowledge of media research is required. Be able to present and relate easily and effectively with a range of clients from Fortune 500 CMOs to small business owners. Understanding of and ability to and facilitate local media/communications planning a plus. Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills. Photoshop a plus. Excellent project management skills. Understanding of the latest technologies and how to apply them to advertiser solutions a plus. Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
