This role is primarily responsible for managing the development and implementation of online ad campaigns. Serve as lead campaign manager for all post-sale interactions with clients and work with team of Sales Executives on post-campaign reports. Close involvement in QA (quality assurance) to ensure all campaigns are executed correctly is a crucial element of this role. * Cornerstone of internal and external workflow systems between Ad Sales, Editorial, Marketing, Design, Technical staff and clients in ad campaign launches. * Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to build custom campaigns, gain approval on materials, and ensure overall client satisfaction. * Ensure ad materials are delivered and prepared in a timely and cost-effective manner. * Aide Sr. manager to brainstorm, create, and QA new product ideas before they are presented to sales team * Serve as pre-sale point of contact for Ad Ops to review plans and custom opportunities ensuring that CPM and products are appropriately lined up * QA all advertising campaign promotions on a daily basis. * Utilize HTML for more complex campaigns. * Maintain accurate advertising campaign files. * Provide a clear overall understanding of advertising campaigns in order to guide advertising trafficking team to ensure creative is delivered and trafficked accurately. * Provide prompt and professional customer service to resolve any campaign issues.Basic Qualifications: * Working knowledge of Doubleclicks DFP or equivalent ad server required. * Prior QA experience, Flash/HTML, and SalesForce.com knowledge a plus. * Familiarity with ad trafficking tags required. * BA/BS or equivalent required. * Minimum 3-4 years work experience. * Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed per day or per week to meet business needs * Previous exposure to web publishing or online advertising industries a must.
