Integrated Art Director, Conde Nast Media Group
Work for the award winning in-house agency responsible for concepting and executing custom solutions for advertisers across the Conde Nast's media footprint, including print, desktop, tablet, mobile and experiential. The Integrated Art Director is responsible for setting the visual direction, design, and production for the marketing side of Conde Nast; managing and supervising designers and freelancers; and directing illustrators and photographers.
This candidate must have a definitive creative vision, a high level of design sophistication, a keen eye for photography, and strong typography skills. The position requires the ability to lead a design team. Strong organization and communication skills are essential. The candidate must also have photo- and video-shoot experience, including pre-/post-production and on-site creative direction.

  • Knowledge of the strengths/weaknesses of digital platforms, including: HTML, CSS, Flash, and cross browser compatibility.
  • 7-10 years experience in a competitive, deadline-driven environment, i.e. the ability to work fast.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of assign projects
  • Manage and participate in ideation, creation, and delivery of:
o    Branding ads (print and digital)
o    Custom creative (print and digital)
o    Microsites and landing-page designs
o    Event design/merchandising events
o    Photo and Video shoot production
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team on every assigned project
