Questex Media Group is searching for a smart, focused Webmaster/Web Project Manager to lead B2B digital media initiatives within the Hospitality, Travel and MICE industries. This fast paced role is a hands-on opportunity that includes life-cycle product management, identifying growth opportunities and implementing platform updates, and new product development from concept through product rollout. This role requires strong communication skills, task prioritization, and deadline oriented. Responsibility of design, development, maintenance, and support of digital operations of the groups lies within this position.

Primary Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Work (80%)
•Work with a cross-functional product team to drive product improvements and new product development and deployment
•Work with editorial, sales, operations, and executive teams to manage all aspects of digital products and services
•Establish product pricing in conjunction with Finance and Operations
•Facilitate buy/build/partner negotiations and decisions
•Position the product for all appropriate markets
•Operate with Drupal CMS for maintenance and development updates

Sales and Marketing Support (10%)
•Serve as the solution expert when dealing with clients, prospects, and analysts
•Provide sales support including sales training, authoring sales presentation materials, and product demonstrations

Market Research (10%)
•Research new market opportunities
•Conduct competitive analysis
•Monitor digital trends and innovations
•Inspire the team with new ideas, approaches and methods for optimizing our work


•College degree required
•1-3 years Project Management experience
•Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
•Ability to translate strategic ideas into technical project initiatives
•Proficient with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving.
•Strong technical background including experience with XML, APIs, Drupal Content Management Systems, and Analytic tools.
•Strong interpersonal and communications skills
•Analytic mind with strong attention to detail
•Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
•Strong customer service skills and orientation
