Publishers Clearing House has an immediate opening for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will manage all channels of of PCHSearch&Win marketing. This person will optimize growth in acquisition, mobile, loyalty programs, social, targeted messaging and segmenting, email program optimization, cross-property targeting and new business development.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Develop and implement key growth strategies that support PCHSearch&Win's mission
-Lead tech development strategy of PCHSearch&Win and Prize Machine
-Develop targeting and analytics strategy to optimize user experience and engagement
-Identify new business opportunities that expand scope of PCHSearch&Win business model
-Supervise online marketing employees; manage team work load and structure; coordinate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer and lead team-building

Required Skills/Experience:

-Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business/Management
-5-7 years experience in Online Marketing and Business Development
-Promotional marketing experience preferred
-Excellent project management skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Effective communicator and collaborator working in a cross-functional environment
-In-dept knowledge of current industry trends and opportunities in the market
-Knowledge of AGILE software development methodology; familiar with Version 1 project management tool
-Experience with web and email analytics and reporting; knowledge of technical implementation (preferred: Coremetrics, Google Analytics, eDialogue)
-Knowledge of online ad and project management systems (OpenX, DFA/DFP, Robohead)
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Visio and web programming experience preferred
-Creative and innovative in developing new promotions and defining success metrics
-Works effectively without close supervision
