Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Send out email blast client recaps and client air checks
-Act as liaison between Account Executives and Advertisers.
-Handle overall administrative work for the ad sales department including order contract maintenance.
-Coordinate the distribution of all sales collateral
-Conduct sales/marketing research on likely competitors
-Resolve discrepancies involving invoices, billing records, inventory orders, etc.
-Handle other duties, as the supervisor may, from time to time, deem necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a similar field is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
-Excellent oral/written communication skills are necessary
-Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast paced environment with frequent deadlines.
-Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple projects at once and effective communication skills are essential.
-Assertiveness and the ability to multitask are essential as deadlines often change
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
-Being a team player is important to be successful in this position
-Attention to detail and strong organization skills a must. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are required, as are the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Position requires superior communication skills and attention to detail.
