Advertising & Production Coordinator
Position Summary:The Advertising & Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the design and production of NJPAC’s print/digital/online collateral, including, but not limited to, advertising, direct mail, flyers, etc. for New Jersey Performing Arts Center.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Coordinates the production of advertising and promotional materials including proofreading, production, and distribution of printed materials.•Coordinates all circulation and trafficking of NJPAC collateral including final delivery.•Organizes the distribution, archiving, and display of collateral materials •Perform general administrative and office duties including meet/greet deliveries, filing, communication between departments, written correspondence, etc.•Coordinates the materials and communication of any requested program book stuffing with House Management/Events staff prior to shows.•Handles the special requests for marketing materials from all departments for meetings or other functions.•Perform any additional duties as needed. Qualifications and Special Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.•At least two years of experience in print production.•Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects to completion, while working in a fast paced, budget driven environment.•Excellent writing and proofreading skills.•Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills. •A collaborative, team-oriented, and flexible professional approach.
