We need a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person with a sharp mind who works well under pressure and can thrive in an atmosphere of rapid development. Candidate must be willing to work collaboratively with Creative Director, Senior Visual Web Designer, and Business Team to develop an ownable, engaging, and inspiring identity, that communicates visual excellence and exceptional user experience. This is primarily a hands-on visual design role, which includes mainly production work, but also requires design project management and delegation skills. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality, on brand, promotional graphics in a timely manner by iterating on existing creative work while planning for the direction of future designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Creative Director, Senior Visual Web Designer, and Business Team to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand graphic solutions to build a superior customer experience.
  • Produce sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, and visual standards for merchandising or promotion throughout the retail web process. Design marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to email campaigns, site flip scheduling designs and off-site banners. Provide light image retouching & color correction support for monthly flip photos.
  • Support senior designers in presenting design work to Creative Director, marketing and business stakeholders for review and feedback

  • Design degree required, 4-year college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional visual design experience.
  • Expert in Adobe CS Suite
