Hulu is seeking a savvy search marketer to take Hulu Plus subscriptions to 4 million and beyond! We're looking for great marketers that will continue to aggressively ramp Hulu Plus as the fastest growing video service in the US. This hands-on, entrepreneurial role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of search programs for Hulu Plus. This role requires an analytical mindset and a relentless drive to optimize online marketing campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has direct response marketing experience and a solid understanding of subscription business models. You should be familiar with metrics like CPA, CLV, and SAC.


*Day-to-day management of search campaigns that drive customer acquisition for Hulu Plus
*Continuous optimization and testing around new keyword sets, ad copy, bid strategy, landing pages to maximize search reach and awareness
*Identify and resolve underperforming SEM initiatives by addressing issues with quality score, landing pages, account structure, etc.
*Provide regular reporting and analysis on search campaigns and key performance metrics
*Actively seek out PPC growth opportunities via new ad products and beta programs
*Contribute to the development of overall search strategy
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
*Stay current with SEM best practices and industry trends


*BA/BS degree required
*2-4 years of relevant search experience
*Skilled at working with large data sets and ability to distill actionable insights from it
*Advanced knowledge in Excel
*Experience with online reporting tools (Google Analytics, Omniture).
*Experience with bid management tools (Marin, Kenshoo) a plus.
*Ability to think strategically and creatively
*Open to taking on new challenges
