Position could be remote based or in our Detroit offices.

• Efficiently manage Insertion Orders while providing exceptional communication with local sales teams
• Work with Sales Team for full understanding of strategy and goals
• Traffic all ads into the ad serving platform (OAS-24/7 RealMedia)
• Ensure proper functionality of Rich Media and 3rd Party creatives by testing in the ad server environment
• Ensure proper communication with the appropriate contacts during both the Insertion Order and Ad Trafficking phase
• Creation of pacing reports, make optimization recommendations and follow-through on changes into the ad server
• Ensure all ad orders adhere to creative, technical and legal specifications
• Troubleshoot HTML, JavaScript and/or Flash code within ads to correct issues with click-through
• Understanding of internet products and all relevant specifications, guidelines, availability and spot performance
• Support ad sales while being mindful of the viewer experience and advertising guidelines
• Responsible for reporting ad performance metrics as well as creation of billing reports as assigned per campaign for accounting

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of ad servers from both publisher-side (24/7 Real-media, aka OAS), and advertiser-side (DFA, Atlas, Eye-Blaster, PointRoll etc.)
• Some knowledge of Flash, Rich Media, Video Encoding, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript
• Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities
• Dependable, motivated and flexible self-starter; adaptive to change, tight deadlines, and fast paced workload
• Able to understand the business process and work in a team environment
• Comprehensive understanding of campaign success metrics
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in ad operations management working with online ad sales, preferably with a top Internet destination site, ad network provider or advertising agency
• BA/BS degree; or equivalent experience
