Specific Responsibilities include:

•Optimization (35%): Manage yield and revenue to meet or exceed growth plans for the Indirect channel
•Strategy (25%): Develop new monetization strategies to maximize the value of Match Media’s indirect inventory
•Account Management & Development (25%): Manage and expand existing 3rd party ad network relationships, and identify new ad network partnerships and new negotiate business terms
•Partner Relations (15%): Preserve consumer experience on our sites by managing compliance with existing creative guidelines, ad latency requirements, and advertiser block lists

Basic Qualifications include:
•Bachelor’s degree
•6 years total work experience
•4 years work experience with display ad networks on Publisher side of business
•Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills

Preferred Qualifications include:
•Experience managing and growing external vendor/customer relationships
•Experience trafficking display advertisements in DART / DSM, or another commercial ad server
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Strong negotiating skills
•History of developing actionable, data-driven strategic insights
•Excitement about industry developments and pursuing opportunities
