The ELLE Digital Sales Associate is an entry-level digital sales role. The primary focus; develop compelling digital campaigns around integrated efforts and assist in driving digital revenue on ELLE.com via regular integration with a range of digital agencies. This sales person will accompany integrated sales managers on appropriate client-specific meetings to help ideate and develop the digital component of integrated opportunities. The person will also be responsible for working with the corresponding digital and integrated agencies to execute the digital portion of the integrated ideas.
The position is designed to develop the associate’s sales skills to ultimately manage a select list of accounts and is responsible for the digital revenue performance of the fashion team.
Job Responsibilities:

Attend and participate on calls as the digital specialist with the NY Fashion sales team
Managing all digital follow up from calls
Liaise with clients and agencies to follow up and fulfill digital proposals
Managing digital brainstorm sessions
Develop media grids
Manage Salesforce entries and forecasting
Oversee post-sale details to execute, optimize and summarize digital campaigns
Prospecting of digital revenue opportunities using various tools i.e. MediaRadar and competitive site review.
Setting digital sales calls against prospecting efforts and in concert with the Fashion Team.

Skills:

Experience with multiple ad serving platforms and contract management systems (ie, DFP, DSM, Atlas, Media Visor, etc.)
Understand pricing and packaging and the development of media grids
Strong math and analytic capabilities
Detail-oriented and capable of managing and meeting multiple timelines at one time
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong leadership and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of the sales process with the capability to developing ideas and present to clients/agencies in a compelling and persuasive manner.

Reporting:

Duel-reporting to NY Sales Manager and Director of Account Management

Required Experience

2 Years of Digital Sales Planning/Account Management experience
BA/BS required
