Salary Description:

This position is responsible for systems improvements and inventory management for the digital advertising operations team.

Essential Job Functions

Work closely with advertising operations team to design, launch and maintain advertising infrastructure for a portfolio of websites, mobile properties, and digital newsletters
Work with Site Owners and Sr. Producer - Rich Media to design and launch new ad products that are marketable to advertisers, repeatable and simple for Campaign Management team to execute consistently and with minimal error
Design and implement process and systems improvements for ad operations.
Support underlying systems (Salesforce, FatTail, DFP, and Yieldex) to support enhanced workflow between Campaign management and Account Management teams
Maintain technical and functional specifications for ad products, and inform management decision making re: deviations from these specs
Train Campaign Management team on new products, trafficking, and processes
Work with Inventory Manager to upload and maintain inventory forecasts (18 months ahead) for a portfolio of websites, mobile properties, and digital newsletters
Develop qualitative and quantitative (A/B testing) testing and engagement metrics

· 4-year degree in computer science, advertising or related field or equivalent experience
· Minimum 3 years experience working with Online Advertising Platforms (particularly DART for Publishers)
· Minimum 2 years experience working in a business analyst, technical producer or related role preferably in Internet business.
· Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web languages
· Highly analytical
· Be able to think strategically and act tactically. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
