The NEJM Group Digital Product Manager develops and oversees NEJM Group digital initiatives that drive revenue, increase traffic, and extend customer value. This position will have primary responsibility for one product line and help support and serve as back up for other product lines. Responsibilities include; creation of the product digital roadmap, translating business opportunities and challenges into business requirements, primary stakeholder and product leader during implementation of new enhancements with responsibility for the fidelity of final product enhancement to business requirements. S/he will also develop product communication briefs, provide ongoing performance reporting, provide product education, and recommends product enhancements based on performance metrics. Product Manager must have a solid business sense combined with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Required Skills
Excellent leadership, negotiating, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality, and juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced deadline oriented environment. Required Experience
A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years proven experience in digital product management and business and market analysis. Strong knowledge of digital development life cycle and a minimum five years work experience within a mobile, web, and digital publishing environment is required. Candidate should have a track record of exceptional performance and consistent professional growth in previous roles.
