This role has high visibility and will require this manager to drive focus and excellence within their team to ensure that Amazon delivers world-class experience for our advertisers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high performance team driving scalable account management programs
  • Analyze opportunities and develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improvements to the customer and advertiser experience
  • Establish and manage your business to a set of key metrics and goals
  • Understand our advertiser base, their needs and what we can do to drive their success and commitment
  • Drive continuous improvement of support mechanisms
  • Identify opportunities, develop the business proposal, gain commitment and drive implementation of mechanisms to provide better support more efficiently
  • Contribute to the roadmap and vision of our Product Advertising solutions
