The Food Network and Cooking Channel Consumer Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager who demonstrates the ability to connect business strategy with brand strategy. This business-minded marketer defines and supports the Brand within new business endeavors that include retail, publishing and other, as identified. The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Network’s brand representation and relationships within new business ventures as a means to drive revenue. This position is also responsible for managing partnerships, campaigns and digital distribution relationships that support key talent and programming, both as a means to drive ratings and revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Responsible for the development of 360 marketing plans to support business objectives, driving ratings and revenue. •Manage marketing for Food Network’s brand extensions by liaising with departments (including: programming, on air promotion, PR, digital, creative services) to drive business positioning cohesively across platforms and departments. •Build relationships with EST/Digital distribution partners, collaborate closely on proposals and execution of creative tied to programming priorities. •Oversee and reconcile plans and agreements for all projects with specific attention to awareness and revenue goals, as appropriate.•Responsible for analyzing, planning and managing allocation of budget and resources to support business initiatives, as well as reconcile revenue, in the manager’s respective area.•Manage and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of one Marketing Coordinator on projects and development of materials, enabling growth and development.In addition to a broad-based experience with traditional marketing functions and digital + advertising experience, the ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, proven ability to be resourceful, and have a strong track record of working under pressure.
