Duties and Responsibilities:
*Drives definition of the product vision and direction of the TigerLead platform and offerings
*Understands and analyzes the consumer (home buyers and sellers) and customer (Realtors and Mortgage Lenders) needs and translates the needs into requirements for the development team
*Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Engineering departments as well as external customers
*Collaborates with technology teams to create content for product requirements, use cases and provides market and competitive analysis.
*Identifies new online traffic or lead sources and leads the acquisition and evaluation of these sources up through initial operationalization
*Develops comprehensive knowledge of marketplace and our competitors' platform and uses these insights to propose and wireframe enhancements and new additions to our product portfolio
*Manages major product milestones and success metrics, ensuring product development milestones are consistently met
*Prioritize efforts across large matrix of product requirements, actively identifying technical and business opportunities
*Works collaboratively with other product teams, user experience / design & research, quality assurance, sales, marketing, etc. to create mobile and dot-com experiences that meet the needs of our vast audience and exceed aggressive expectations in terms of downloads, engagement and ultimately revenue
*Performs analysis to optimize for the needs of the business, customers, consumers and technological capabilities

Education, Skills and Experience:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required
*Five to ten years of work experience with product management and performance marketing experience and demonstrable knowledge of mobile/web technologies required
*The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative/entrepreneurial
*Experience required in gathering, analyzing, and monitoring progress and trends to ultimately reduce risk and improve quality of deliverables to our customer
*Ability to use real data and metrics to inform the development planning process, make and gain support for critical release decision, and to institute changes that support a quality first process.
*Must be a polished communicator who interfaces productively with cross-functional counterparts at all levels of management and across geographical and cultural boundaries
*Excellent presentation skills and be able to represent their products at various forums that include Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and executive management
*Must be able to foster a creative and collaborative climate with cross functional groups, while providing leadership through clear measurable quality criteria and plans
*Passion for mobile technologies and real estate a plus
*Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
*Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external customers
*Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
*Demonstrated proficiency of consumer-focused web/mobile platforms and web analytics
*Excellent communication skills both oral and written
*Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
*Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required and mockup/design software (Fireworks, Photoshop, HTML, and Dreamweaver) preferred
