We are seeking a Presentation Designer to join our Los Angeles team and work on an automotive client. The person in this role will create presentations, leave behinds, etc. for the Los Angeles teams using PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign, etc.This position affords exposure to all facets of integrated marketing communications by working with all departments within the agency. It provides a unique opportunity to be involved and work closely with senior management within the company.This person needs to be detailed-oriented, organized and have the ability to complete assignments in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is a person who must have the ability to multi-task, have strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a person who needs to interpret direction well and be a self-starter, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and have an innate desire to succeed.We are looking for someone who is creative and resourceful. This person must be "hungry" and willing to work long hours. We want someone who wants to be in and passionate about the agency business.Lastly, we want someone who has a sense of humor and likes to smile.Responsibilities:
  • Design and create presentations (PowerPoint, InDesign, Keynote, etc…)
  • Assist in creating web landing pages to showcase creative and in-depth documents.
  • Maintain prospect, consultant, and media databases.
  • Coordinate all meetings and assist in room-setup including binding of materials, jump drives/leave behinds, electronic welcome signs and food orders.
  • Maintain status report/organize monthly meetings and collaboration calls.

    Individuals applying for this position must have the following qualifications:Extremely proficient and have a command on all things PC and Macintosh with the following software:- InDesign CS- Keynote- Illustrator- Quark Xpress (Mac)- MS PowerPoint (PC)- Photoshop- MS Word- MS Excel- Ability to design and build landing pages is a plus.Four-year degree is required.2-3 years similar work experience required.You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.Mullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace.
