Associate Manager, Publisher Development (NYC)
BrightRoll is looking for an Associate Manager, Publisher Development to manage and grow key strategic partnerships with video-centric web publishers. The Associate Manager, Publisher Development will be an intelligent and confident relationship manager who can bring their business and partner development skills to BrightRoll to maintain complex, revenue-focused partner relationships for our growing Media & Publisher team. In this high-visibility role, you will be critical to the management of publisher relationships. This is a full-time role based at our NYC office.Responsibilities:-You will report to and work with the Senior Manager, Publisher Development to manage the publisher account list, including handling publisher inquiries, resolving concerns, and making outbound requests to publishers to further BrightRoll's strategic initiatives.-You will educate publisher prospects on the BrightRoll value proposition and participate in outbound publisher prospecting and onboarding. This process includes everything from initial reach out, phone or in person meetings, technical integration and deal close.-You will work closely with the media, sales and tech teams to help drive the business' overall goals.-You will execute key reports for the company and help the company to utilize metrics to make informed decisions.Requirements:-BA/BS or equivalent required-Internship or 1-2 years working experience preferred-Experience in business development, partner management, strategic account management, and/or client-facing product management.-Strong understanding of and interest in the impact of online video technologies on consumption of media across the US.-Experience with an Internet company and understanding of digital advertising a plus.-Revenue focused negotiation and analytical skills across contractual, technical and financial areas all pluses.-Strong partner communication and presentation skills and ability to act as the face of BrightRoll to the publisher.-High level of comfort escalating and presenting key issues to senior management.-Ability to learn and effectively speak to all aspects of BrightRoll's business.-Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player.
