•5+ years in editor position either online or print
•Proven experience copyediting other writers’ work
•Background in entertainment reporting
•Excellent knowledge of current theater news and relevant history
•Proven ability to work quickly and accurately
•Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment, have the ability to multitask on deadline and adapt constructively to change.
•Flexibility in working hours to accommodate off-cycle news
•Some HTML, Photoshop experience
•On-screen and/or broadcast experience a plus
