The Role * Work collaboratively with the Berlin Campaign Management team out of San Francisco in supporting our Advertising partners and driving revenue growth for the BrandEngage Product * Understand and adapt to SponsorPay's ongoing product and technology developments * Manage the delivery and traffic management of multiple cross-product video and engagement campaigns * Work directly with the US sales team to build, traffic and optimise campaigns for a diverse range of clients * Develop and help roll out processes and operations for the Campaign Management Team * In depth knowledge of both the Advertising and Publisher side of our business to meet client needs and expectations The Person * 2+ years of work experience in online marketing / advertising / social media * Passion for social, video and viral advertising * Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills * Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models * Proactive, goal-oriented approach; self-sustained and tenacious working style * Experience with multiple ad serving platforms, advertising formats and a range of mobile and web applications * Proven track record in account management and or Ad operations What We Offer * Amazingly international team with more than 140 passionate people from 30+ countries. * Secure position at the global leader in a rapidly growing industry. * Competitive remuneration package.
