We are seeking a Creative Resource Manager to join our Boston team. In this role, the Creative Rsource Manager will be responsible for the following:- Be the main point of contact for all Creative work requests- Review, prioritize, and communicate daily/weekly work requests and works with Group Creative Directors to assign appropriate resources based on project scopes for all work- Ensures the pool of resources are fully utilized and that conflicts of priority across projects are resolved/escalated- Monitor and manage multipleproject work-flows with respect to resources and schedules and revise as appriopriate to meet changing needs or requirements-Follow up with team members and project stakeholders regarding project status- Effectively apply production protocols and enforce process- Ensure project request documentation is complete, current, and accessible to team members- Maintain contact with outside staffing firms/freelancers for quick staff additions due to increased work-flowThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:- Good understanding of how interactive, print, and broadcast pieces get concepted, designed, and produced- Proficiency with standard business software especially Excel- Leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills, with an adaptable personality and communication style- Ability to manage trade-offs effectively among schedule, scope, and budget on projects with respect to available resources- Able to help guage resource skill levels and identify gaps and strengths of individual group members-Working under tight deadlines while managing multiple streams and maintaining attention to detail and reliable follow through- Self-directed, goal oriented, results driven personality with a commitment to continuous improvement

Four-year degree is required.Previous experience with Creative Resource Management a mustYou must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this roleMullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace.
