Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, organized and motivated Ad Solutions/Sales Development Manager to develop and execute custom advertising programs across a variety of BermanBraun digital brands/web-sites including,,,, and more.

The Manager will work directly with the Sales and Ad Solutions team, as well as editorial, product, design, ad operations, and various business teams to seamlessly deliver stellar custom advertising programs to fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries including Entertainment, CPG, Auto Beauty, Tech/Telecom, Financial Services, etc. The Manager will also act as a brand ambassador and help sell in programs to advertising agencies and clients nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and coordinate the on-time delivery of strategic, custom ad solutions and RFPs at a high level.
•Proactively develop creative and innovative advertiser programs and pitches across multiple platforms including web, video and mobile.
•Ideate and participate in editorial content, product and advertiser brainstorming sessions.
•Prepare presentations and work with designers to build pre-sale mock-ups.
•Assist AOL and BermanBraun in closing business by pitching ideas, presenting and answering client/agency questions.
•Create customized media plans including pricing, promotion, etc.
•Ability to turn RFPs and presentations around quickly, but with consistent expertise and flawless execution.
•Work with Account Manager(s) and Sales Coordinator to track campaign performance and ensure programs are on-time and on-budget.
•Help resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions quickly and effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

•You have a Bachelor's Degree, and 3-7 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in digital media sales or at a digital advertising agency.
•You are comfortable with business travel, as need dictates.
•Your Microsoft Office skills are up-to-date with the latest on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•You thrive on creating clever, innovative custom ad solutions for clients and partners.
•You have a proven track-record of multi-tasking and overseeing numerous projects of various sizes, while managing client/sponsor and management expectations.
•You communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
•You have a self-managed proactive work style, and take initiative to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
•A sense of humor is a must. You are creative and have a keen interest in new or digital media.
