Pace Communications, a leading U.S. content marketing agency is now accepting resumes for a Creative Director to oversee design creative for multi-channel content programs for several Fortune 500 companies.

Managing the day-to-day of Greensboro, NC design and art staff. Create, execute and direct the design of assigned projects and new business opportunities by establishing a direction that best fits client objectives, developing and managing creative standards, and inspiring others to reach those standards while insuring that final creative excels (the best demonstration of Pace’s capabilities).

Education:Bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent
Experience: 10+ years in magazine publishing or related design field. Digital experience with contemporary cross-channel programs desired.
Skills:Strong visual design and creative sensibilities for print and digital communication integrations. Art direction and managerial skills needed, as well collaboration capabilities with editorial counterparts. Client facing presentation and idea articulation skills required.

•Establish, execute, direct, and manage the design direction and visual aesthetic with an understanding of brand needs all for print, photographic and digital projects undertaken on assigned projects.
•Guide, advise, oversee design teams for continuous skills development and career advancement.
•Maintaining client relationship by ensuring execution of client needs and objectives to design team.
•Collaborate with content program editorial leads to ensure holistic creative excellence against client and respective program audience objectives.
•Collaborate with account and editorial leads in presenting program creative, as well as new creative concepts over time.
