- Coordinate and execute the strategy developed with the outside Public Relations Team and oversee ongoing PR efforts
- Develop and maintain all project information, press releases, design narratives, media relevant project assets
- Issue press releases
- Develop and maintain relationships with leading design and architecture publications
- Manage the submission process for awards and competitions of completed YP projects
- Coordinate interviews and media opportunities for Glenn Pushelberg and partners

- Manage, produce content for and update the website with the latest projects
- Process graphic requirements for all project photography
- Coordinate and plan all photo shoots, including negotiate photo contracts with photographers, set up logistics, give direction and post-production (making selects, retouching, cataloging)
- Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of YP proprietary photo bank and developing clear, functional systems related to image sharing internally and externally.

- To develop a social media strategy that is in line with the overall YP message and brand image and execute via our Facebook and Twitter and Instagram accounts

- Develop brand image (print and electronic collateral), look and feel in coordination with George Yabu
- Helps plan and manage key PR/Marketing related events
- Assist with the preparation of Contracts during busy times
- Assisting Senior Leadership Team on any speaking engagements; including arranging associated materials
- Is available to help visit projects, regionally based, for basic information gathering
- Meet with Senior Leadership Team on a quarterly basis to assess overall Marketing and PR activity

QUALIFICATIONS (necessary skills and experience required):
- At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or related field of Design (Interior design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Fashion design, etc.) with an experience or an understanding of the design process.
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Must be organized, savvy and understand the YP brand and culture and have a fluency in using social media.
- A hard worker with a high energy level; a “doer” with a willingness to work hands-on in developing and executing a variety of development and advancement activities
- Good sense of humor and the flexibility and sensitivity to work with diverse personalities and situations
