JCDecaux is the largest Out-of-Home media company in the world.

We are currently looking for a new Advertising Sales Executive to expand our team in our downtown LA office. This position is responsible for generating new business for our Airport Advertising Network from large and mid-size companies in B2B and B2C categories located throughout the entire Western part of the United States.

JCDecaux Digital and Traditional Airport Advertising Media represents some of the most important airports in the US. We enjoy a solid rate of return of existing accounts. We generate good business coming through the traditional sales process working with the OOH Media buyers. The candidate's challenge is to push the growth beyond traditional sales channels. We have noticed that many companies are not fully aware of our Media benefits or have not considered our media to the fullest extent in their media plans. We need to pitch more often to more accounts. The decision process and planning cycles are at times lengthy and will require smart follow through over the course of multiple months with several decision makers at the client, planner, and buyer levels.

Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate:

- Must enjoy doing strategic follow up and closing deals
- Must be curious, enthusiastic, and have the ability to identify/seek new viable accounts in the territory
- Knows how to engage and develop a relationship at every level
- Has the ability to articulate marketing concepts and put together out of the box proposals to help existing clients and prospects achieve their communication goals
- Is able to travel often to all the key Western DMAs and engage clients and Media planners directly
- Is tech savvy
- Possesses a positive attitude toward business development.
