This role requires; expert communications strategy, the ability to develop and manage large, integrated programs, successfully partner with other agencies, manage product launches, provide issues management counsel, and interact with multiple client contacts within the company. It also requires strong project and team management skills, including the ability to inform, delegate, empower, motivate and inspire employees to achieve strong results.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Client, team and program management for both social and traditional communications
Client counsel including media and social media strategy
Issues management counsel
Collaboration with agency partners
Development and writing of program plans, results reports and other documents for senior executive audiences
Budget management

Desired Skills & Experience
10+ years in a senior communications role (agency position)
Smart, dedicated, creative team leader, with excellent communications and problem-solving skills
Regular use of social media strongly required for management of digital team and programs
Effective editor and writer that can provide clear direction
Strong ability to organize and mentor teams and manage programs with a keen attention to detail and quality
Great verbal communications skills to support clients, sell in the value of programs, and effectively present a unique point of view
Strong work flow experience and project manager
Strong people manager
Exposure to major lifestyle brands
Solid client service ethic
Exposure to large-scale media events
