We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Boston account service team.The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starter that can build and maintain strong client relationships while helping the client achieve their marketing objectives. This position requires a thorough understanding of digital marketing, including: website development, online media, search and analytics. Must be detail oriented and have great follow through. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with a wide-range of internal staff as well as be skilled in maintaining a positive morale and sense of teamwork. Duties and Responsibilities:- Work directly with the Account Director on the day-to-day activities of the account, including: website updates and maintenance, quality assurance, status reports, call reports, scopes of work and briefs.- Help guide the development of all client projects and ensure that progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules and budgets.- Consult with Creative, Media, Technology and Account Teams to review all media and creative work prior to submitting to the client for approval and obtain all required client approvals.- Coordinate with the Media, Creative and Production members of the account team to: communicate client objectives, develop alternative strategic solutions if needed, keep agency personnel informed of client requests and changes, insure that all work adheres to deadlines and schedules, create and issue website metrics reports on a monthly basis, and help with the development of quarterly and annual reports to the client.

Four-year degree is required.- Interactive Experience required.- 3-5 Years Agency experience required.- Government experience a plus.You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this position. Mullen is an eoe encouraging diversity in the workplace.
