* Assist VP of Sales and Syndication

* Maintain national sales orders, revisions, pre-emptions/make goods, post-logs, and discrepancies for the department

* Create and update various reports, ticket requests, client events, and other special projects.

* Manage inventory and oversells

* Interface with the traffic department to ensure proper contract execution

* Provide clients and/or agencies with requested documentation

* Interact closely with Home Team Sports/FOX offices located throughout the country

* Assist the National Sales Manager and VP of Sales, Affil. Relations & Syndication with administrative functions including, but not limited to: travel, expenses & calendar management

* Running pre-emption reports followed by make goods for all national clients and/or agencies

* Run reports from Wide Orbit upon request

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


* Bachelors Degree

* One (1) year of relevant work experience

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

* Proficient in Word/Excel

* Professional communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure while meeting daily deadlines

* Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize responsibilities

* Willing to work overtime if necessary

* Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must

* Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays

* Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment Preferred:

* Experience in Wide Orbit a plus

* Experience with Powerpoint helpful but not necessary Eligibility Requirements:
