Business Coordinator, Conde Nast Media Group

 

Overview:

The Conde Nast Media Group within Conde Nast consists of corporate sales, marketing and digital sales efforts for all of the company’s consumer magazines and Web sites. This position assists the VP, Finance and supports the Business Dept within the Conde Nast Media Group.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

-         Scheduling and calendar management

-         Phone coverage

-         Monitoring of expenses, invoice processing, filing

-         Ordering department supplies, liaison with IT for department equipment needs

-         Tracking of advertiser contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and rep firm agreements

-         Floor plan management

Media Services within Business Dept:

The Media Services team works very closely with and supports the corporate sellers, while formulating the numerical side of account proposals and contracts. Media Services also generates various reports to determine how closely those advertisers are to adhering to their contracts.

-         Assist the Media Services team in preparing strategic analyses to develop corporate proposals for advertisers

-         Includes rate sheets for planning purposes, estimate schedules

-         Tracking and monitoring of contract discrepancies, contracts awaiting signature, proposals without contracts

-         Maintaining and updating Media Services staff manual

-         Maintaining the archiving of documents

-         Reports to the VP of Finance

Qualifications:

-         Ability  to multi-task

-         High attention to detail

-         Knowledge of excel

-         A team player

-         Desire to learn, grow and advance within the business group
