CQ Roll Call is seeking a demand generation senior manager to create and execute DEM, Content Marketing, SEM, Social Media and SEO programs based on corporate strategy and goals in collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing. This position leads the team that is responsible for creating, building, launching and reporting on complex multi-channel, multi-step nurturing campaigns designed to streamline customer acquisition, increase the number of new customers, accelerate time to deal close. This position is responsible for developing a demand generation plan consistent with business unit goals to leverage messaging; influence the marketplace; influence and capture customer and prospects; generate, nurture and convert pipeline; and build a broad demand generation strategy from all available sources. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization of marketing automation tools, and focus on improving the overall marketing/sales funnel metrics.

The position requires 5-7 years marketing and business development experience including minimums of 1 year of marketing automation experience and 3 years of CRM experience, with a holistic view of technology for marketing and sales. Previous work experience with B2B and B2G circulation and subscription sales, with increasing responsibility for meeting targets, measuring, reporting and analyzing marketing/sales performance, and incorporating Social Media channels. Marketing as a service very helpful. Advanced proficiency with MS Office, SalesForce and marketing automation systems. Ability to effectively lead. Successful project management experience. Strong strategic and innovative thinking skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to implement concepts and ideas. Ability to function in a flexible changing environment. Entrepreneurial perspective and comfort with a fast-pace. The successful candidate will be solutions oriented and a team player.
