The Digital Inventory Analyst will be responsible for providing Sales with analytical and operational support, quantifying and reporting on site traffic, reconciling client campaigns, and providing sales support for all Time Out North America Properties. The Digital Inventory Analyst will also gather and prepare data from business and organizational systems to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

· Management of Time Out Inventory for online and mobile and assist in optimization of system including 3rd Party Revenue Partners
· Create and distribute campaign reporting as well as overall analysis of KPI and Sell Through of Inventory
· Assist in Account Management RFP fulfillment
· Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis - develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization
· Manage Email Marketing campaigns and 3rd Party Revenue platforms
· Communicate, obtain and relay information on behalf of management regarding program changes and updates.
· Ability to capture current processes and aide in data migrations
· Review sales/financial data and identify trends in business and the retail industry.
· Possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication.
· Support the sales process and objectives through analysis and make recommendations for revenue opportunities

Professional Requirements:

· BA or BS Degree
· Minimum 2+ years of experience required
· Advanced Excel Skills
· DFP or related ad server experience
· Adpoint and another CRM platform experience
· Knowledge of Omniture or similar reporting system preferred
· Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
· Data driven, technical, self-starting and curious
