Head of Branded Content & Marketing Solutions
Rolling Stone seeks a Head of Branded Content & Marketing Solutions to oversee its integrated marketing department. He/she will be responsible for developing large native advertising and branded content packages that are authentic, engage audiences and enhance partnerships. This person will provide leadership for all Rolling Stone Ad Sales creative, holding brainstorming sessions and collaborating with senior management teams on both digital and print, and producing solutions to meet clients’ business and brand objectives. The Head of Branded Content & Marketing Solutions will manage all custom packages, from campaign development through launch and post-campaign reporting and follow-up. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, creative, and understand how to create digital/print packages that enhance the Rolling Stone brand, as well as executing the overall marketing vision for the magazine and its online properties. This person will also manage the day to day operations of a marketing team that produces custom advertising, events, merchandising, sales materials and other promotional plans while managing vendor relations and a department budget. Qualifications: -Prior digital ad sales and marketing and/or magazine publishing, 7+ years experience -Results-oriented with a strong digital portfolio-Proven success in big picture thinking and executing effective digital, editorial, social, PR strategies -Deep knowledge of emerging digital ad sales technologies and new product innovations - well informed on industry trends and ahead of the curve-Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and quick turnaround -Proficiency in digital analytics, user experience, multi-platform digital execution and effective mobile and social media strategies-Strong leadership and management skills EOE M/FIf you are interested, please apply at http://careers.wennermedia.com/1036/job.
