Key Responsibilities:

•Drives development of clear business and marketing objectives and KPIs
•Leads analytics projects from planning through to execution and analysis
•Scopes and develops new opportunities for Integrated Analytics
•Identifies appropriate approaches for gathering required insights
•Develops reports and client presentations with actionable insights and recommendations
•Pro-actively identifies challenges and offers solutions to move forward
•Serves as SME in multiple aspects of analytics offering and mentors others
•Works with media and strategy departments to create predictable models for campaign success


•Bachelor’s degree required in quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, data sciences, marketing analytics)
•Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint
•Strong organizational and presentation skills

Useful, but not required:
•Site & mobile analytics tools (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, mobile analytics platforms)
•Social media analytics tools (e.g., Radian6, NetBase, Sysomos, other)
•Knowledge of various Siemens and Kantar tools
•Experimental test design (A/B split, full factorial, fractional factorial)
•Visual presentation of data through Excel, Tableau or other tools
•Quantitative research approaches and survey design techniques
•Working knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS) & advanced analytics techniques (e.g., modeling, segmentation)
•Demonstrated project, and client management expertise
•Online and/or offline campaign measurement
•CRM communications measurement planning and performance analysis
•Masters degree
